The HiTemp150-TS is a thermal shield enclosure for use with the HiTemp150 and HiTemp150-PT data loggers. This durable enclosure can withstand temperature up to 250°C. The device is easy to use. Simply open the enclosure, insert the HiTemp150 or HiTemp150-PT, thread the probe through the end cap and latch it back onto the barrier body. The HiTemp150-TS is built for use in applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as peanut roasting and food processing.

The ThermoVault1000 is a stainless steel thermal barrier for use with the Temp1000P or Temp1000FP data loggers. This durable enclosure is submersible and can withstand temperatures of up to 350°C (230°C with O-Ring). This device is easy to install. Simply open the enclosure, insert the data logger, thread the probe through the end cap and latch it back onto the barrier body. The ThermoVault1000 is built for use in applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as with furnace profiling, geothermal down-hole recording, and oven data logging.

The ThermoVault140 is an extreme high temperature data logging system, for use with a HiTemp140 data logger and stainless steel thermal barrier enclosure. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 250°C when completely submerged and 350°C in dry heat applications (O-ring removed). The ThermoVault140 is built for use in harsh applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as with furnace profiling, geothermal down-hole recording, and oven data logging. The ThermoVault140 is available in multiple probe sizes. The 5.25” probe is ideal for ambient temperature monitoring, while the 24” flexible probe can be easily adjusted to measure hard-to-reach locations, or even the internal temperature of a product.

The WaterBox101A is a weatherproof enclosure designed for use with MadgeTech’s 101A series data loggers. The enclosure provides a water tight seal, allowing non-water resistant data loggers to be used in wet environments. The WaterBox101A is machined out of black anodized aluminum, and has four oval mounting holes for easy surface attachment. The enclosure features a water-tight communication access plug with chain attachment, stainless steel probe outlet and a clear plastic cover. To use, simply unscrew the 6 hex screws and insert the data logger. Loosen the compression fitting and thread the sensor lead wire through the fitting. Attach the probe to the data logger and insert and tighten the six screws again, and it’s ready to use.

The Waterbox110C is a water resistant enclosure designed for use with the 110 series data loggers. This enclosure provides a water tight seal, allowing non-water resistant data loggers to be used in wet environments. The Waterbox110C is machined out of black anodized aluminum, and is wall mountable. The enclosure features a water-tight communication access plug and cable gland outlet. To use, simply unscrew the 4 hex screws and insert the data logger. Loosen the compression fitting and thread the sensor lead wire through the fitting. Attach the probe to the data logger and insert, then tighten the six screws again and it’s ready to use.

MadgeTechs Vaccine Temperature Monitoring System (VTMS) is ideal for the continuous measurement and data logging of temperature sensitive vaccines or pharmaceuticals in refrigerators, freezers, and coolers. The system includes a NIST traceable RFTCTemp2000A data logger with thermocouple, Glycol bottle and a power supply. Additionally, the RFTCTemp2000A data logger in the VTMS system has a convenient LCD to ensure temperature parameters are met, in real time. The current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics can all be obtained through the display. In the real-time chart recording mode the VTMS can alert the user, or other personnel, via e-mail or text message if the refrigerator has failed, or if the temperature is outside of the nominal range. This allows users to take immediate actions to ensure vaccines and pharmaceuticals in storage are not destroyed. To prevent false alarms, the RFTCTemp2000A is connected to a Glycol bottle which provides temperature buffered readings.

The AVS150 is a complete system used to perform autoclave validations. The AVS150 consists of a N.I.S.T. traceable HiTemp150 data logger, an IP68 extended range thermal shield, an IFC200 USB cable package and MadgeTechs Secure Software and IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols, providing tools to users to assist with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. For larger size autoclaves or mapping projects, the AVS150-5, includes five HiTemp150s and five thermal shields. The HiTemp150 is completely submersible and can measure temperatures up to 150°C. The 2" rigid probe provides a fast response time and can record readings as fast as once per second. The HiTemp150 can be used in each autoclave cycle for verification and to provide data for validation. When used with the thermal shield the device can withstand up to 250°C (time dependent).   MadgeTech's Secure Software provides data in graphical and tabular form, and provides a summary and statistical report of the data. The software also features sterilization calculations to determine the F0 value.
